Who counts as a user?
Anyone who enters data: project managers, team members filling in timesheets, PMO, administrators. Read-only users are not charged.
Where is the data hosted?
With a license, on your servers. With a subscription, in Europe by default, or in the region of your choice with the Enterprise offer.
Does We AI send our data outside?
Not with the built-in engine. With an external model, only the data needed for the question is sent, names pseudonymized, to the provider you choose.
Can we change edition?
Yes, at any time and with no migration: the new edition’s modules switch on and the data stays the same.
Can we move from subscription to license?
Yes. It is the same database: we export your instance and install it on your servers, with its full history.
What do we need to install it?
A web server with PHP 8.1 or later and a MySQL or MariaDB database. No Docker, no external dependency.
